Tawny kit emerged from the dull Nursery and stretched, digging her claws into the soft dewy earth and arching her back. Today was going to be a good day she could easily tell. The sun shone brightly, not a cloud in the sky. She could smell Spring approaching, but it seemed to be crawling slowly towards the forest.
