Kittypets are owned by Twolegs. They live in homes and eat catfood (nasty stuff for the Clans).

Special Ability: Kittypets can have multiple allies with Clans. Sometimes they can enter all of the Clans as friends.
Territory: twoleg houses and the city ((when a kittypet signs up, they get their own subboard in TWOLEGPLACE))
